Due to our error, we inadvertently listed the project area as Pleasant Hill on the Offer of Dedication — Road Purposes. The correct area is El Sobrante. Per our division clerks conversation with Emy at the Clerk of the Board's office and Tina at the Recorder's office, it was determined to be acceptable for our department to cross out Pleasant Hill and write in El Sobrante to correct this error.
