In conformance with Contra Costa County Guidelines for implementing the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) of 1970, it was determined that the activity will not have a significant effect on the environment, pursuant to Categorical Exemption, Class 12, Section 15312 CEQA Guidelines. The project has been determined to be exempt from 65402 review in accordance with the Board of Supervisor's Resolution 81/522 because the project involves a disposition of excess road right of way of a minor nature. A Resolution to convey real property will be prepared at a later date. 1,.,.1J►71 H 1 1' i 1 1 ! L ►) l v L 1 COUNTY OF ENVIR()NNEENTAL SIGNIFICANCE PROJECT' # 4"'660-6X4107 CP# q4 1 } PROJECT NAME: Willow Pass Road - Sale of Excess Property West of Goble Drive PREPARED BY: Janet Fratt" DATE: November 29, 1994 REVIEWED BY: t k,(X l DATE:) 6kA ' RECOMMENDATIONS: (x) Categorical Exemption (Class 12) ( } Negative Declaration ( ) Environment Impact Report Required ( ) Conditional Negative Declaration The project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
