RECOMMENDATION Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on behalf of the County, an option to extend the Lease dated June 24, 1997 as amended on April 14, 1998 and Dec 15, 1998, for a portion of the premises at 3105 Willow Pass Road, Bay Point, for continued occupancy by the Services Integration Team under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease. 11. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budget of the Employment and Human Service Department, 111. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND Provide continued use of office and classroom space and shared use of the board room and auditorium as required for the Services Integration Team of Contra Costa County.
