On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations thereon by the
County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 -46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 21101(b) of the California Vehicle Code the intersection
of Rachel Road (Road No. 0975K), and Montalvin Drive, Richmond, is
hereby declared to be a stop intersection and all vehicles traveling on Rachel
Road (Road No. 0975K), shall stop before entering said intersection.

County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County
Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 -46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established
(and other action taken as indicated):
Pursuant to Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby
declared to be prohibited at all times on the north side of Shawn Drive (Road
No. 1085AA), Pinole, beginning at a point opposite the center line of Delmore
Road and extending easterly a distance of 50 feet, and on the south side of
Shawn Drive, beginning at the easterly curb line of Delmore Road and
extending easterly a distance of 20 feet.

Pursuant to Section 35707 of the California Vehicle Code, no commercial
vehicle, with or without load, which exceeds a gross weight of 14,000
pounds, shall travel upon that portion of Dougherty Road (Road No. 5701),
that lies within the unincorporated area of San Ramon, beginning at the
intersection of Bollinger Canyon Road and extending southerly to the
intersection of Old Orchard Road

SUBJECT: Accept completion of Improvements for Subdivision 8051, Alamo area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
8051 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Alamo Orchards,
LLC and TA Tucker Associates, Inc., heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the
filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of February 15, 2000, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for
the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the warranty period is hereby
established, and the $2,000.00 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 313925, dated May
19, 1998) made by Alamo Orchards LLC and TA Tucker Associates, Inc. and the
performance/maintenance surety for $197,400.00, Bond No. S 303172 issued by Financial
Pacific Insurance Company by RETAINED pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of
the Ordinance Code until release by this Board.

SUBJECT: Accept Completion of Improvements and Declaring Certain Roads as County
Roads, Subdivision 7456, Alamo area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7456 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Blackpointe Homes,
Inc. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of January 20,2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance/maintenance security for
$222,800.00 and the payment (labor and materials) security for $112,500.00, Bond No.422132S
dated February 24, 1997, issued by Developers Insurance Company, are hereby
EXONERATED, subject to the terms of the Settlement and Release Agreement dated
November 30, 1999 between the County and Developers Insurance Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Livonia Road is ACCEPTED and

made by Blackpointe Homes, Inc. be APPLIED to cover the expenses incurred by the Public
