In the Matter of Amending Compensation Resolution No 2000/542
For Eligible Represented and Management
Project Employees in the Community Services
Department Commencing July 1, 2000.
WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors has adopted Resolution. No. 2000/528
authorizing the Community Services Director to provide for a 3% Cost of Living
increase to the classification of FACS Teacher-Project-Substitute (9HS9)
management and represented Project employees in the Community Services
Department effective July 1, 2000.
Now therefore, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in its capacity as
Governing Board of the County of Contra Costa, and all districts of which it is the
ex-officio Governing Board, RESOLVES THAT:
1. Effective November 1, 2000, the Cost of Living Adjustment of 3% to the
classification of Family and Children's Services (FACS) Teacher-Project-
Substitute (9HS9) is now amended to 10% upward on the County salary
schedule.
