FISCAL IMPACT This Contract is funded 23 . 65 by Federal Medi-Cal Revenue, 22 .4% by State EPSDT funds, and 54% by Challenge Grant Funding through the Probation Department . CgZLDRZN0'S__Z`MPACT STATEMENT: This Circle of Case Program supports the following Beard ' of Supervisors ' community outcomes : "Children Ready For and Succeeding in School" ; "Families that are Safe, Stable, and ?Nurturing" : and "Communities that are Safe and Provide a High Quality of Life for Children and Families" . Expected program outcomes include an increase in positive social and emotional development as measured by the Child and Adolescent Functional. Assessment Scale (CAFAS) and Youth Self Report (YSR) . This Contract meets the social needs of County' s population in that it provides day treatment and mental health services for adolescent girls with emotional and behavioral problems to improve school performance, reduce unsafe behavioral practices, and reduce the need for out-of-ho=me placements .
