Effective April 1, 2001, the following classes shall be adjusted upward on the County salary schedule by 5%: ACCOUNTANT111 SATA SUPER IS INIG ACCOUNTANT SAW HEALTH SERVICES ACCOLNTAINT VCTB 2, Lump Sura Payment: A Lump Sum Pay will be calculated for all eligible earnings. This includes employee regular pay, overtime pay, and specific other earnings computed as a percentage of base pay from April 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000. A. The April 1, 2000 increase will be paid retroactively in a lump sum payment to each employee from April 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000 without interest. B. The payment amount, thus computed, will be paid as a "Lump Sum Payment" and will be subject to normal tax withholding and retirement deduction requirements.
