HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11161999 - D10 D.10 TIFF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on November 16, 1999, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Gioia,Uilkema, DeSaulnier and Canciamilla NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Gerber ABSTAIN: None This is the date and time noticed by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors for the hearing on the appeal by Walden District improvement Association,Fox Creek Residential Association, and the Madison Owners Association(Appellants), from the decision of the Contra Costa County Planning Commission on the request by Thomas Properties (Owner) and Jordon Woodman Dobson(Applicant), for approval of a final development plan to develop a 222,000 sq. ft. office building(9 stories in height) and approximately 11,050 sq. ft. of retail space and a parking garage on a 2.4 acre site(Subarea 8 and a portion of Subarea 7B) in the Pleasant Hill Bart Station area. The Applicant requests a variance to allow a 5 ft. minimum street side setback(20 ft. requested, 28 ft. required)(County File##DP 99-3001). The public hearing was opened, and no one appearing to speak, the Board took the following action: IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED the above entitled hearing is CONTINUED to December 14, 1999, at 9:30 a.m. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
