E-aoh year the Housing Authority is required by HUD to present an Annual Submission for the Comprehensive
Improvement Assistant Program(CIAP). Tho Comprehensive F€ars and Annual Submission is our application
for funding under the CIAPa The IAP program provides modernization funding for pub" €��u�€ng err forr:?�r,�
basis. The arriourtof funding for federal fiscal year 1999 Is$252,468. Attached herewith are ooplres of the
Housing Authority's"CIAP Budget/Progress Report.,describing budgeted ;ire Items for this programs.
Additioria4y, HUD requires that a resolution must be adopted oert!�/jng that the Housing Authority will comply
with o r'tair, Federal procedural and program provisions in adrninist r ng the great. This resolution wiil be
inoludl d with the finalized Annua' Stibmission. A can of this resolution is included?sere vi'th for your
authorization.
