BOX 947 Alamo, CA 94507 October 12, 1999 My concern is that the 31 foot buffer area lying southerly of y property be utilized exclusively for landscaping and not include noise producing hardscape such as sidewalks, bike pathse etc. I would also request that the houses on lots l and 5 be positioned so as to enhance the security of the subdivision, and my property, ie "Eyes on the Street Concept".
