Myers, 2567 Henry Avenue, Pinole, on a hazardous waste issue in the Pinole area. THIS IS A MATTER FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY NO BOARD ACTION WAS TAKEN CONTRA COSTA BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Meeting of October 5, 1999 T. H. Maj.ERS 2557 Henry Avenue Pinole, CA 94564 510/724-0157 DANGERS AND CRIMINAL ACTS ALLOWED Y THE ITT OF PINOLE 1. Burning of hazardous waste from California Department of Transportation containing pentachloraphenol, dioxin and other hazardous materials, all known to be deadly chemicals. 2. Death threats by strangers on our front laud. a) A Stranger turned out to be a convicted doper, a friend of Sgt. .......... who allowed the criminal to threaten us while he was parked in a red zone. 3. Dead cat placed on our steps. A horrible threat since we are well- known animals rights advocators. 4. A "stun "torture device thrown against our front door at 1:34 am. 5. Death threats and warning letters in the mail. a) One of the original letters given to the Pinole Police at our dining table to an officer we trusted, who was to send the letter for FBI analysis, now says no letter exists, We have his receipt and a copy. E. Death threats on the telephone. 7. Our telephone number changed without our knowledge. a) This was also done to another citizen who has had illegal deeds perpetrated on him by Pinole police and Staff. 8. Our Utilities were about to be shut-off without our knowledge, but was stopped when my wife noticed the PG&E service man was at our home. a) All facts point to this being done by the Staff of the City of Pinole. 9. Hundreds of parking, driving on/and across the sidewalks by our neighbors to harass us,purposely ignored by the Pinole Police; at least two felonies also ignored. a) The neighbor posed with an extended cab pickup straddled across the sidewalk, giving the cops the "finger", knowing they cannot bother him because of his "dangerous" brother-in-law's association with the Pinole Police. b) Calls for help and protests to the Police, City and Fire Department were ignored and treated with contempt. l)The original complaint was a non-emergency call to the City Fire Department over the Pentachloraphenol, dioxin hazardous posts beim burned. At that time,the Fire Captain said he did not see the wee hundred hazardous stolen Dept of Transportation posts. Of course he did, as I photographed thee. He also told me, "I've never heard of anyone getting sick from chimney smoke." I swear to Heaven the fireman said this!) c) The Pinole Police and Staff refused toentorce Aff of the multitudinous violations the City Manager suggested we file in a :N'I SANCE COMPLAINT, against the property owners of 2567 Henry Avenue, Pinole. He did this after personally seeing our situation.. Later, he reneged on every safety issue, in order to cover apathy, ignorance and narcotics use within the City. (Id the recent week, the Pinole Police have started "tailgating" directly behind me from various shopping centers to my home. This has happened three times to my knowledge.) l) The NUISANCE REPORT was checked by competent legal and investigative sources before I turned it in. 2) The Police and Staff showed the neighbor how to circumvent the letter and intent of the laws against driving across sidewalks by giving there a PUBLIC WORKS NEED for a second driveway. I was not given the hearing allowed by regulations to protest this BEFORE the driveway was installed--ON, AN ESO MENTAL EASEMENT AND already dangerous pipeline with more detonation atop it by the dioxin and pentabhloraphenol than was in the Oklahoma City Disaster. did, however, file a:protest during the allotted period. I asked the City Manager if he would honor a court order to keep the dangerous vehicles off the abused easement. He said he would not; the police would .not enforce any violations of death and destruction on the easement by the owners of 2563 Henry Avenue, Pinole. He made this criminal statement in front of the City Planner. Any spark or fire will blew the illegally abused. 2 pipeline easement, rupture the pipes, blow up a section of I-80 and devastate most of Pinole, Hercules, and El Sobrante. A Fire at this residence will also send of plume of deadly smoke over the entire county. Remember one molecule of some of these chemicals will cause death and cancer. 10 The City of Pinole is currently responsible for any deaths and cancers caused by the burning, storage and airborne emitting of the Department of Transportation's hundreds of stolen waste hazardous guardrail posts, because of their disregard for public safety, protect the criminal and "discredit, and kill, the messenger. I believe the hazardous smoke has caused ray VERNAL nostril cancer and the cancer of the dog next door that sleeps on the hazardous posts—just as the PENIA N,LkNTUFACTLTRERS own rat tests predict, 11 Members of the City of Pinole have lied to the IBI, the Mate Fire Marshall, and other government agencies; caught in some lies, will be caught in Others. a) It was this deception to hurt, maim, and endanger " under the Color of Authority" that causes the City to commit Civil Rights Violations ations against my family. however, at the successful conclusions end of the dangers the City has put upon us will not help my neighbors. Many are apathetic, old and seared. b) The County should at least site those that poison a neighborhood. If enough dioxin, etc., is found in the land, we will not be able to live in thein —or ever sell them. c) The € mbudsman of Contra Costa County asked the Department of Transportation to remove their hazardous wasted They refused, saying the County II at okayed the hazardous waste in our city. d) For over six months, dreg Bayol and Frank Yahata of the Department of Transportation denied the hundreds of hazardous posts were theirs; finally,with,the overwhelming evidence, they had to admit their lies(another Civil Rights Violation), stating that they were taken by a contractor without their permission; yet,they were not responsible for the death and caner they spread. e) Vere are ONLY TWO I.,EGAL DUMPSITES FOR THESE KILLER POSTS IN CALIFORNIA—PINOLE IS NOT ONTE OF THEM! How many thousands more has CalTrans spread through out the county? 3 A MAJOR DANGER EXISTS IN PINOLE. There are currently at least four Civil Fights complaints against the City with the Department of Justice and FIJI. And remember, THE CIT' OF PI OLE HAS ALEADY BEEN COVICTED OF CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS; that is, LYING a roneo ly shogg g a geolea I have faults, but I have never been convicted of lying! In closing, please consider, all this mess started because I did not want to be poisoned by the illegal hazardous smoke illegally stared above a dangerous pipeline easement; and the City of Pinole had to cover ignorance and criminality with hazardous death and cancer.
