The Board of Supervisors received a letter dated September 22, 1999, from David L. Grilli, Secretary and Counsel for Reclamation District 2025, requesting that the Board of Supervisors appoint John Winther and David A. Forkel to the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District 2025 in lieu of election. The Board of Supervisors received letters dated. September 27, 1999, from.Al Warren 1-loslett, Secretary for Reclamation District 2090 (Quimby Island)'and Reclamation District 2059 (Bradford Tract), requesting that the Board of Supervisors appoint Ellis M. Stephens and Bruce C. Stephens to the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District 2090 (Quimby Island) and gent Gilbert and E. E. Gilbert to the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District 2059 (Bradford Tract) in lieu of election.
