IBJ, REASON'S FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND: The Mate of California Employment Development Department (EDD) is a partner with the Private Industry Council in the EASTSAY Works consortium of employment and training agencies that provide services through Contra Costa County One-Stop Career Centers. A seismic survey must be completed in order for EDD to occupy space in the San Pablo (International Market Place) One-Stop Career Center. This contract will reimburse the County for the seismic survey.
