We agree and are, therefore, recommending that these three seats be declared vacant, as noted above. Also, the incumbent of Seat# 16 has not been attending. In addition, Supervisor Gioia has noted that his appointee has not been attending and would tike that seat declared vacant as well. We are, therefore, recommending that all of these seats be declared vacant and that staff undertake a recruitment effort with all applications being returned to the Internal Operations Committee.
