SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
1. RECOMMENDATION
APPROVE a Sublease and Consent to Sublease, commencing February 23, 1999, with Jacobs
Engineering (Group, Inc. and Summit Centre Investors, Inc. for the premises at 2530 Arnold
Drive, Suite 150, Martinez, for occupancy by the County, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Sublease and Consent to Sublease, and AUTHORIZE the Director
of General Services to EXECUTE said Sublease and Consent to Sublease on behalf of the
County.

Payments rewired are to come from the budget of the General Services Department.
