The conditions, which led to the implementation of a straight pay system vs; commissioned sales, are still present in the Contra Costa Health Plan. In a continuing effort to reduce the negative impact to the Health Plan Sales Representative, the County and Contra Costa County Employees' Association, Local I have agreed to the following terms: 1. Beginning October 1, 1998, Health Plan Sales Representative, Wendy Mailer will be paid a monthly salary of$4,000, with no commission. This figure includes the October 1, 1998 salary increase pursuant to the MOU between the County and Local 1, 2.
