MUIR STATION SHOPPING CENTER, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
1. RECOMMENDATION �
APPROVE a License Agreement, commencing June 1, 1998, with Muir Station Shopping Center
for the premises at the MUIR STATION SHOPPING CENTER, Martinez, for occupancy by the
Health Services Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
License Agreement, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said
License on behalf of the County.
11. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the Health Services Department.
111. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION 1 BACKGROUND
Provide for use of 15 parking spaces, as requested by the Health Services Department.
