The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvments for Minor Subdivision 22-90,being developed by William T. and Virginia C. Rei, have been completed and that such improvements have been constructed without the need for a subdivision agreement and performance bond. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of October 20, 1998, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the .filing of liens in case of action under this Subdivision Agreement; dated October 20, 1998.
