On December 3, 1996, this Board resolved that the improvements in Subdivision 7613 were completed as provided in the subdivision agreement with Braddock&Logan Group, L.P. and now on the recommendation of the Public Works Directory The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and IT ISBY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,500 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 279363, dated June 12, 1996) plus interest to Braddock & Logan Group L.P., in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, and Ordinance Code Section 944.406 and the subdivision agreement. NOW THEREFORE BE IS RESOLVED that the warranty period has been completed and the subdivision agreement and surety bond are exonerated.
