IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to the Bethel Chamber of Commerce to partially close except for emergency traffic, the northbound lane of Bethel Island Road between the south side of the Bethel Island Bridge and Gateway Road on June 28, 1986 between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a parade subject to the following conditions: 1. Traffic will be controlled by the Sheriff's Reserves or equally qualified persons. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Traffic Controls. 3. The Chamber of Commerce shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4. Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which names the County as an additional insured. Traffic will be detoured via Holway Drive. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Traffic Control . 3. The Byron Chamber of Commerce shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4. Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $500,000 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which names the County as an additional insured. Traffic will be detoured via neighborhood streets. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Traffic Controls. 3. Crockett Properties Incorporated shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4.
