Bella Monte Ave, (APN#096-020-081) in the Bay Point area (C.C.C. Ord. Cade §14-6.430). FISCAL IMPACT: When filed and recorded as a special assessment against the above-described property, the amount of the assessment may be collected at the same time and in the same manner as county taxes pursuant to C.C. As set forth in the attached itemized report of costs, this property was abated on August 17, 1998 pursuant to the procedures established by Contra Costa County Ordinance Code Chapter 14-6 (Uniform Nuisances Abatement Ordinance) . The property was substandard and considered a Public Nuisance according to Section 712-2 .004 and 712- 4 . 006 of the County Ordinance . The building was unsecured, abandoned and hazardous to the surrounding community and it was abated by demolition.
