SUBJECT: ACCEPT GRANT DEED FROM SUNCREST HOMES, SUBDIVISION 7154, ALAMO AREA
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATIONS)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
ACCEPT Grant Deed dated November 4, 1997 from Suncrest Homes Number Four LLC.
DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced deeds recorded in the Office of the
Recorder.
H. Financial Impact:
,There will be no impact to the County General Fund. All fees and charges will be paid by the developer.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
Parcels"A" and`B" are to be deeded to the County in behalf of County Service area R-7A as park and scenic
viewing areas. The Conditions of Approval for Subdivision 7154 required that these two parcels are to be
conveyed at recordation of final map for this subdivision.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
Title to Parcels"A" and`B"will not be conveyi to the Cou ty and the Conditions of Approval will not be
complied with.
