FISCAL IMPACT This Agreement sets forth the terms under which the County Liability Reserve Fund will be compensated for its interest in the subject property. To settle the case, the County and the Redevelopment Agency agreed to purchase an approximate 5.8 acre property at the southwest corner of Norcross Road and Main Street, Oakley (AP#035-090-062 and 066). The County, through its Liability Reserve Fund, and the Redevelopment Agency shared equally in the costs of acquisition. Title to the property is held in the name of the County Redevelopment Agency. A Real Property Agreement between the County and the Redevelopment Agency has been prepared to memorialize property management and property disposition terms. The Agreement provides for the County to receive 50% of the Net Proceeds at sale.
