SUBJECT: Hearing on the Administrative Appeal of Allied
Investments From The Decision of the Director, Growth
Management and Economic Development Agency, on Partial
Credits from Park Dedication Requirements for
Subdivision 7174, Moraga Area.
On October 7, 1997, the Board of Supervisors continued to
this date the hearing on the Administrative Appeal of Allied
Investments from the decision of the Director, Growth Management
and Economic Development Agency (GMEDA) , on partial credits from
park dedication requirements for Subdivision 7174 , Moraga area.
Val Alexeeff, Director, Growth Management and Economic
Development Agency, advised the Board of a request from Jonathan
Adams, Turner, Huguet & Adams, representing the appellant,
requesting a withdrawal of the appeal .
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the withdrawal of the above
appeal is ACCEPTED.

Dear Mr. Alezeeff:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation this date, my
client, Allied Investments, hereby withdraws its appeal from
the decision set forth in your letter of July 28, 1997. Based
upon our discussions, we understand that we should, on behalf
of our client, initiate the process of requesting a credit for
the improvements to the park which will allow both Allied and
the Town of Haraga to present ,their respective position$ to you.
Thank you for your courtesies during the pendency of this
matter.
