Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention to Convey Real Property to the EI Cerrito Redevelopment Agency Assessor's Parcel No. 513-364-017 Project No. 4404-6G5233 EI Cerrito Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board intends to convey to the EI Cerrito Redevelopment Agency, the County's interest in the real property described in the attached notice. The County currently holds a lease option in the subject property and has given notice of its intent to exercies the option. Upon County's acquisition of title to the subject property under its lease option, County intends to convey to the EI Cerrito Redevelopment Agency title to the subject property for $786,433.98 in accordance with the terms and condicitions of the Sublease to the EI Cerrito Redevelopment Agency dated December 19, 1995, on file with the Public Works Department. This property is not required for County use and the sale price is the market value of said property. This Board hereby sets Tuesday, November 4, 1997, at 11:00 a.m. in the Board's Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote.
