FISCAL IMPACT None. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS The attached document, entitled: "Contra Costa County Fish and Wildlife Committee 1996-'97 Work Summary and 1997-'98 Work Plan," is submitted by the Fish and Wildlife Committee to summarize past, present, and planned work, and to provide an opportunity for the Board to provide any additional guidance it may have.
