RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE a Lease Amendment, commencing October 1, 1997, with Sierra Pacific Properties for the premises at 4061 Port Chicago Highway, Concord for continued occupancy by the Community Services Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease Amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease Amendment on behalf of the County. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: Payments required are to come from the budget of the Community Services Department. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONSBACKGROUND: To provide reduced space and reduced rent as requested by the Community Services Department.
