Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention to Convey Real Property to the City of EI Cerrito Redevelopment Agency Assessor's Parcel No. 513-364-017 Project No. 5233 EI Cerrito Area 4405-6G5233 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: The Board intends to convey to the City of EI Cerrito Redevelopment Agency the County's interest in the real property described in the attached notice. The County currently holds a lease option in the subject property and has given notice of its intent to exercise the option. The City of EI Cerrito Redevelopment Agency is simultaneously negotiating with the current property owner to acquire the properly subject to the County's lease option. Subject to the Redevelopment Agency's acquisition of fee title to the property, County intends to convey to the City of EI Cerrito Redevelopment Agency, the County's interest in the subject property by terminating its lease. If escrow closes on or before October 29, 1997, the purchase price for county's interest will be $522,955.02. If escrow closes after that date, the purchase price for County's interest will decrease by $50.95 per day until the date of close of escrow. This property is not required for County use. This Board hereby sets Tuesday, October 28, 1997, at 10:45 a.m. in the Board's Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote.
