ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.: 97/535 SUBJECT: Deferred Improvement Agreement satisfied for LUP 198-71, North Richmond area. On January 21, 1975, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a deferred improvement agreement with Boyd P. Wilson and Luvenia Wilson for improvements along Verde Avenue as required by the conditions of approval for LUP 198-71. The aforesaid deferred improvement agreement was recorded on January 27, 1975 in Volume 7418 of Official Records at page 966 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No. 409- 262-002 and 003 (Lots 4 through 11). The Public Works Director now informs this Board that the requirements outlined in said agreement have been satisfied. The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned deferred improvement agreement are satisfied.
