HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10071997 - C9 ! cq THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Adopted this Resolution on October 7, 1997, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Uilkema, Canciamilla, DeSaulnier NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Gerber ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 97/-522 Government Code § 25526.6 SUBJECT: Conveyance of an Easement to The City of Pittsburg Station Site No. 87, West Leland Road Project No. 7126-6X5515 The Board of Supervisors, as the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District RESOLVES THAT: The District acquired certain real property on West Leland Road, in the City of Pittsburg for Fire Station No. 87, by Grant Deed recorded on July 22, 1997, Document No. 97-0127877-00. The City of Pittsburg has requested an easement over portions of said property, described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto, for sanitary sewer, waterline and storm drain purposes. This Board FINDS that the conveyance of such an easement is in the public interest and will not substantially conflict or interfere with the District's use of the property. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of an easement to the City of Pittsburg over the property described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.6 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHO- RIZED to execute the Grant of Easement on behalf of the District.
