OFFER OF DEDICATION - ROAD PURPOSES

undersigned, being the present title owner of record of the herein described parcel of land, do hereby
make an irrevocable offer of dedication to CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, a political subdivision of
the State of California, and its successors or assigns, for street, highway landscaping and other related
purposes including maintenance thereof, the real property situated in the County of Contra Costa,
State of California, described in Exhibit "A" (written description) and shown on Exhibit "B" (plat
map) attached hereto.
It is understood and agreed that CONTRA COSTA COUNTY and its successors or assigns shall incur
no liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any responsibility for the
offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon or therein, until such offer has been accepted by
appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors, or of the local governing bodies of its successors or
assigns.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon heirs, successors, assigns, and
personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.

Burgess Company's Map No. 1, Mount Diablo Boulevard Tract" ,
which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of Contra Costa, State of California, on May 6, 1912,
in Volume 7 of Maps, at Page 153, described as follows:
A strip of land, 30 .00 feet in width, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the most eastern corner of the parcel of land
described in the Deed from Margaret Mc Manus to Robert I . Mc
Carley, et ux, dated October 2, 1956 and recorded October 9,
1956 in Volume 2859 of Official Records, at Page 112, being a
point in the centerline of North Gate Road; Thence, from said
point of beginning, West, along the South line of said Mc
Carley Parcel (2859 OR 112) , 33. 03 feet;'' Thence, leaving said
South line, along the arc of a curve to the left, to which a
radial line bears North 64° 52 ' 59" East, having a radius of
1030. 20 feet, through a central angle of 2° 35 ' 29" an arc Y
distance of 46 . 59 feet; Thence, tangent to said curve, North
27` 42 ' 30" West, 139.84 feet, to the North line of the
parcel of land described in the Grant Deed from Rhonda
Williams to Donald E. Flaner, et ux, recorded October 7, 1991
in Book 16924 of Official Records, at Page 671; Thence, along
the North line of said Flaner Parcel ( 16924 OR 671) , South
87° 07 ' East, 34.85 feet, to a point on the centerline of

Lot 13; Thence, along the centerline of said North Gate Road,

arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 1060.20 feet, an
