White, Vice President of St. Mary's College, Moraga, as requested by Supervisor Uilkema. And in honor of the memory of the Reverend Percel Napoleon Sumpter, Pastor, and the Reverend Nathaniel Owens, Associate Pastor, of the Solomon Temple Missionary Baptist Church, Pittsburg, as requested by Supervisor Canciamilla.
