Project No.: 0662-6R4278-94 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATIONS)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION T. Recommended Action: APPROVE the project contingency fund increase of$1,000.00 to compensate the contractor, Ed Boyan Construction Company, for contract item increases and extra work. H. Financial Impact: The increase in the contingency will be funded by Shell Oil Company(100%). Reasons for Recommendations and Background: Additional money is needed to pay the contractor for unforeseen extra work and additional contract items added to the original contract. IV.
