Reasons for Recommendations and Background: The project includes construction of approximately 500 foot long by 6 inch high asphalt curb on the south side of the park along Easy Street starting from the corner of Miranda and Easy Streets. The project will prevent any potential water flowing off the park from sheeting across Easy street on to private property. IV.
