The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. The Final Map of Subdivision 7003, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; II. A Subdivision Agreement with West Coast Home Builders, Inc., subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Deposit Deposit amount: $1,300 Deposit made by: Albert D. Seeno Construction Company Auditors Deposit Permit No. and Date: DP 299913 (August 11, 1997) B. Surety Bond Bond Company: The American Insurance Company Bond Number and Date: 11119404637 (August 6, 1997) Performance Amount: $132,400 Labor&Materials Amount: $66,850 Principal: West Coast Home Builders,Inc. III. A Live Oak Avenue Landscaping Subdivision Agreement with West Coast Home Builders, Inc.,subdivider,whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Deposit Deposit amount: $1,000 Deposit made by: Albert D. Seeno Construction Company Auditors deposit permit No. and date: DP 299913 (August 11, 1997) B. Surety Bond Bond Company: The American Insurance Company Bond Number and Date: 11119404611 (August 6, 1997) Performance Amount: $5,075 Labor&Materials Amount: $3,038 Principal: West Coast Home Builders, Inc. SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map, Subdivision Agreement,Landscape Subdivision Agreement and Masonry Wall Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 7003, Oakley area. A Masonry Wall Subdivision Agreement with West Coast Home Builders, Inc., subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Surety Bond Bond Company: The American Insurance Company Bond Number and Date: 11119404629 (August 6, 1997) Performance Amount: $20,800 Labor&.Materials Amount: $10,400 Principal: West Coast Home Builders, Inc. V. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1996/97 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1997/98 tax lien,which became a lien on the first day of January 1997, is estimated to be$3,200,,with security guaranteeing payment of said tax lien as follows: A. Tax Surety Bond Company: The American Insurance Company Bond Number and Date: Bond No. 11119404660 (August 8, 1997) Amount: $3,200 Paid by/Principal: West Coast Home Builders,Inc. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision,together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets,paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
