I. Recommended Action:
RESCIND Board Order and Resolution No. 90/496 adopted by the Board on July 31, 1990 (Item 2-001)
related to the conveyance of surplus property on Arthur Road, Martinez, to the Contra Costa County
Housing Authority.
II. Financial Impact:
None.

III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The conveyance of said property was not consummated and the subject property is now being
re-marketed by the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District. In order to straighten the public
record, County Counsel has recommended that the 1990 action be rescinded.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The public record will be inaccurate and not reflective of the current marketing activities for the
disposal of subject property.
