Wendt Ranch General Plan Amendment: A proposal to consider changing the land use designation from Agricultural Lands to Open Space and Single Family Residential High Density (5.0-7.2 units per net acre)or other appropriate designations or configurations on this 165 acre parcel. Shapell Industries of Northern California (Applicant and Owner): The applicant requests approval for rezoning the site from A-3, Heavy Agricultural and A-40, Exclusive Agriculture to P-1 Planned Unit District .
