One of the seats is for a physician. Dr. Kent Sack, who occupied that seat has resigned. r The Managed Care Commission has recommended the appointment of Dr. Rigall to replace Dr. Sack. We have reviewed his resume and agree with the Commission that he is an outstandingly well qualified individual who will bring his broad background in the medical profession to the work of the Commission. We are, therefore, pleased to join the Commission in recommending Dr. Rigall's appointment to the Managed Care Commission.
