SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Lease Renewal with the U. S. Postal Service for the premises at 815 Court Street,
Martinez, California, for continued occupancy by the Clerk-Recorder, under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to
EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
The payments required are to come from the budget of the General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS 1 BACKGROUND
Provide for the continued use of storage space as requested by the Clerk-Recorder's office.
