FISCAL IMPACT None. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS The Deed conveys the right of way necessary for the improvement of Las Juntas Way. Conveyance of the subject properties, which total less than 1/4 acre, are provided for in the Amended and Restated Acquisition and Development Agreement between the County Redevelopment Agency and BART, approved on October 24, 1995.
