The Board fixed January 16, 1996, as the date for public hearing regarding this franchise grant. On January 16, 1996, the public hearing regarding this matter was held. No protests were filed. ' IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that a franchise to operate pipelines on certain County rights of way as described below pursuant to Ordinance No. 1827 (as amended by Ordinance No. 79/50 and Ordinance No. 92/64) is hereby granted to i Shell Pipe Line Corporation.
