Ladies and Gentlemen:
This is a request for a two month continuance of the public hearing
for the Discovery Bay West project which is scheduled to occur on
January 16, 1996. The general economic climate and a number of
unreconciled _ impact issues have caused us to request this
continuance. We look forward to a public hearing in March, 1996.
Sincerely,
THE HOF MPANY
