The bicycle is used in her j'ob .since.Ms. Scott is coordinator of the California Bicycle Safety Network. On the night of September 6, 19959 the bicycle was stolen from the County facility at 75 Santa Barbara Road, Pleasant Hill. As authorized by Admnistrative .Bulletin 313.2, the Personal Property Claims Committee reviewed and approved reimbursement which will be paid by the department.
