THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on February 27, 1996 by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. 96/71
SUBJECT: Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 4922, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has previously notified this Board on October 16, 1979, that
the improvements in Subdivision 4922 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision
Agreement with the developer heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT that Meadow Lane, Old Oak Court and Creekside Court the
hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of
Subdivision 4922 filed December 9, 1977, in Book 205 of Maps at page 5, Official Records of
Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County
Roads.

BE IT FURTIfR RESOLVED that the widening of Laurel Road and State Highway 4 is
ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was conveyed by separate
instrument, recorded on December 9, 1977, in Book 205 of Maps on page 5.
