Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director to arrange for payment of up to $100,000 to the Town of Danville for the County's share of costs for"cottage" repair at Hap McGee Park. II. Financial lmpact: There will be no impact to the County General Fund. All County costs are covered by County Service Area R-7A funds. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: The County Service Area R-7A, Alamo Advisory Committee, recommended approval of the use of County Service Area R-7A funds to cover the costs of rehabilitating the "cottage"at Hap McGee Park. Under the terms of the Joint Powers Agreement, and amendments to the lease and sublease approved by the Board on October 27, 1995, the County and Town of Danville will share in the cost of maintenance, upgrades and various improvements. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: Without Board approval, the Town of Danville will not be reimbursed for their costs.
