Clifford Leschinsky will expire on March 1, 1996. Mr. Leschinsky wishes to be reappointed and has sent in his application to the Clerk of the Board. Mr. Leschinsky was appointed in 1991, and was absent at three of the AAC meetings for 1995, all of which were excused. He was in the hospital.
