RESOLUTION NO. 96/556
SUBJECT: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE, NOTICE OF COMPLETION
ED RICHARD DISCING, CONTRACT#C4552800
This Board as the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District on June 6, 1995, contracted
with Ed Richard Discing, for performing discing and bulldozing work in connection with the weed abatement program
of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, Contract#C4552800, for work to be performed within the
District; and
Fire Chief Allen Little reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special
provisions, and standard specifications for the first year of this three-year contract(bid price of$43,550.00)and
recommends its acceptance as complete as of August 22, 1996.
Therefore, said work is accepted as completed on said date,and the Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a
copy of the Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED ON December 17, 1996
