Bauer, President, Reclamation District No. 830, advising that the work contemplated by the original Reclamation Plan for Jersey Island has been completed is ACCEPTED; and Grant L. Whitmer, John F. Wright, and Christopher N. Neudeck are APPOINTED as valuation assessment commissioners, for the purpose of preparing an operation and maintenance assessment roll . CA 94561 (510) 625-2279 December 3, 1996 R VIA: Telecopier and U.S. Mail = Board of Supervisors 0Rs Contra Costa County ��ERK—.i--0Ap0 Of S�A CO /o Administrative Office CONTRA 651 Pine Street Martinez, California 94553 ATTN: Dean Lucas, County Administrative Officer RE: Report of Completion of Reclamation Plan Work and Petition for the Appointment of Three Valuation Assessment Commissioners Dear Supervisors: Pursuant to Section 51320 of the California Water Code, the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District 830 hereby reports to the Board of Supervisors that the work contemplated by the original Reclamation Plan for Jersey Island has been completed, and that hereafter the District will only require funds for the maintenance, repair and operation of the reclamation works, or for the construction of works supplemental thereto or in replacement thereof. The Board of Trustees respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors to appoint the following three persons as valuation assessment commissioners for the purpose of preparing an operation and maintenance assessment roll pursuant to Section 51320 of the California Water Code. Once appointed and before entering into his duties, each commissioner shall qualify in the manner provided in Section 51230 of the Water Code. 1. Grant L. Whitmer, Real Estate Appraiser, 2. John F. Wright, Murray, Burns and Kienlen, and 3. Chirstopher H. Neudeck, Kjeldsen, Sinnoek&Neudeck, Inc. r We request that this matter be scheduled for the Board's meeting on December 17, 1996.
