Gilbert, Director of General Services =- f Cost n� Coun DATE: December 10, 1996 SUBJECT: LEASE - CAMBRIDGE HEAD START, 1135 LACEY LANE, CONCORD i SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVE a lease with the Mt. Diablo Unified School District, for a modular building pad and an outdoor play area at 1135 Lacey Lane, Concord, for use by the Community Services Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said lease and the first renewal option for said lease on behalf of!the County. I DETERMINE that the above project is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061 (b) (3) of Chapter 3 of the State CEQA Guidelines. DIRECT the Community Development Department to FILE a .Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The required payments are to come from the budget of the Community Services Department. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: This lease will provide space for use by the Community Services Head Start Program as requested by the Community Services Department.
