BACKGROUND:
There are two at-large vacancies on the Women's Advisory Committee currently.
The Women's Advisory Committee has recommended the appointment of Ms.
Henderson and Ms. Armstrong-Bryant. We have reviewed their applications and
agree that they would be important additions to the Committee. We are, therefore,
recommending their appointment to the Women's Advisory Committee.

Attached for review and consideration eby the Internal Operations Committee are two (2),
applications from individuals !the Women's Advisory Committee is recommending for
appointment to fill several at-large vacancies on the Committee.
The Membership Review Committee (MRC) has been reviewing applications and
interviewing interested applicants over the past two months. While the review process to
fill remaining vacancies on the Women's Advisory Committee is still in progress, and the
MRC is scheduled to interview additional applicants at its meeting next month, both the
MRC and the full Committeel voted to proceed with recommending for appointment the
following two candidates: i
